It clearly states in 17.283 step to step every 24hrs till it gets in front of a arbitrator. The contract does not say ban till The Investigation is... First point the JPLRC Minutes cite Me to appear at the next regular meeting. That's this meeting on June 13th Second point why am I being denied due process afforded to me by CLRC Meeting 21-12, item 4? (Attached in video- Credits) 17.283 says step-to-step every 24 hours as long as I am on no-dispatch. Where is my due process? Why is there no mention of the 8 Seattle B-men who witnessed the incident and then were also denied dispatch?" (Attached is the no dispatch document handed to me once I went back to the union hall on June 12th dayside dispatch.) Being allowed to present my witnesses and being allowed to cross examination witnesses against me, is due process. Telling the whole story is due process. What about the B-men?
